  • Once we have generated the 3 free leads, we will pause the campaigns and send you an invoice for your chosen leads package. Once that is paid, the campaigns will be switched on again, and you will be billed monthly in advance for an agreed number of leads.

  • We have an onboarding questionnaire which takes 10-30 minutes to complete where you can give us as much useful information as possible about your audience, your USPs, and any case studies or lead magnets you have. The more information we have to use, the better your campaigns will perform.

  • All our contact data is sourced through a high-quality network of platforms & websites and substantiated by human verifiers. We also regularly reverify B2B email records through SMTP to ensure they remain valid and accurate. Our team use several tools to verify email addresses, names, positions, and other important data.

  • Our email data is GDPR compliant under the lawful basis of legitimate interests. We obtain contact details by buying them from publicly listed, GDPR-compliant vendors who have large in-house privacy teams. You are only involved in the data flow once a contact has specifically opted into future contact with you over email.

  • We consider qualified leads to be contacts who send a response to your outreach that shows interest in engaging with your sales process.

    Examples of this include:

    • Asking to have a meeting or schedule a call.

    • Asking for information regarding pricing.

    • Asking for further information on your product or services (such as a demo, a video, further material or specific questions about you or your offering).

    We do not consider the following as qualified leads:

    • Asking to unsubscribe.

    • Out of office replies.

    • Rejections.

    • Offers to ‘keep you in mind’ for an indefinite period.

  • We will send you an email containing the contact’s message and their information so you can email them directly to arrange the next steps.

  • Yes, of course. Send us an email letting us know what you don’t like about the lead. This will help us to improve our targeting. The lead will then be reviewed, and we will be in contact with further information, or will action the refund.
